  3. For biryani rice:- 1ST we will washed rice and soak it for 15 min.Now we will take a utensils and add some water in it and add bay leaves, cinnamon, cordomom,salt, coriander leaves, lemon nice and heat it up then add soaked rice and cook it for 5 min
  4. Now make layer:- For layered we will add ghee in a utensils then add cooked rice.now add biryani masala and ghee and add mutton and then add green chillies and coriander leaves and add food colour, then seal the utensils with the help of wheat flour and it for 10 min in low flame.now our biryani is ready to serve.
